The XXF Spinray is a twin barrel, high velocity energy cannon that spins energy balls in its near-indestructible titanium shielded energy spinner.
It's luminous bright blue energy balls are contained in a tiny oscillating force field. On impact, it releases all of its energy, comparable to the force of a lightning strike, therefore yielding quite a punch.
